Despite a national context marked by many challenges, Haiti took part with dignity in the 15th edition of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta XV), held from August 22 to 31 in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados. This participation, decided by the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT) and coordinated by the Ministry of Tourism as well as the Ministry of Culture and Communication, is meant to testify to a constant commitment to Caribbean cooperation and to the promotion of Haitian culture.
