Abel Nazaire, Minister of Youth and Sports (MJSAC) and Guy Didier Hyppolite, Minister of Tourism (MT) and Eric Paulin organizer for Karujet 2017, which will take place in Petit-Bourg, Guadeloupe, Viard Beach, April 1–9, 2017.
In June 2018 a Karujet Competition will be held on a suitable site which Paulin found. This test run competition will include well known riders from the United States, Europe, and Guadeloupe. Both ministers were in accord and are hoping this type of event will boost tourism development in the country.
