At the World Summit on Education for Development in Oslo, world leaders discussed the issue of education. "Everyone admitted that there will be no progress and no development without education," added the Prime Minister of Haiti. On the sidelines of the summit, the Norwegian authorities have promised to fund education in the deep south of Haiti (Southeast, Nippes, Grande Anse, South).
According to Prime Minister Paul, making Haiti open for business requires many things. "It requires a climate of security, but also a skilled workforce," he said
