Philippe Chaffanjon, French journalist, reporter for RTL, big fan of Haiti and former director of France Info, passed away in April 2013. He marked the profession by his skills, his exigency and his vision for the future .The Philippe Chaffanjon prize, created in 2013 by his wife Isabelle Madsen Chaffanjon, aims to "further its commitment by rewarding field reports which reflect accuracy of the related facts."
