Laurent Lamothe visits the "construction sites in the North"

At the head of a government delegation including, Philippe Cinéas, Secretary of State for Public Works, Transportation and Communications; Alix Célestin, General Director of the National Port Authority; Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe held a lunch meeting with local elected officials and notables of the Northern Department. This was an opportunity for him to visit certain sites including the renovation of Citadelle Laferrière, the new airport terminal, and the facilities to house the firefighters at the Cap-Haitien International Airport.

Upon arrival, Prime Minister Lamothe met with various authorities and notables of the Northern Department. "The Northern Department is being renovated, and the government is working every day to make this department a real tourist destination,” he said.
