Conference-Debate of the DGPC on Emergency Preparedness

The General Directorate of Civil Protection (DGPC) organized a conference-debate on emergency preparedness on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. This event brought together students, officials from the National Disaster Risk Management System (SNGRD), and media around the theme "Resilience Starts at Home." The discussions, led by UNEP representative Paul Judex Édouarzin, emphasized that preparation must precede emergencies: family plans, evacuation routes, and essential supplies can save lives.
