ITECA denounces the assassination of its collaborator Willard Vancol

The Institute of Technology and Animation (ITECA) expressed its deep outrage after the discovery of the mortal remains of its collaborator Joseph Willard Vancol, coordinator of the Ti Boucan training center (Gressier) and director of the community radio Ti Boukan FM, who had been missing since the attack on August 20. In a statement, ITECA condemned the "cowardly assassination" carried out by armed gangs and recalled the commitment of "a man of conviction" who devoted more than twenty years to the defense of peasant communities and the promotion of popular culture.
