T-Vice, TonyMix and SakPase Absent from Labor Day Parade on Eastern Parkway

The West Indian American Day Carnival will take place on Monday, September 7, on Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, without three Haitian groups that had been regular participants in recent years.
