L’Université publique du Nord au Cap-Haïtien (UPNCH) a accueilli, ce jeudi, la cérémonie officielle marquant le 20e anniversaire du Réseau des Universités publiques départementales (UPD).

The Public University of the North in Cap-Haïtien (UPNCH) hosted, on Thursday, the official ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of the Network of Departmental Public Universities (UPD). Held under the theme of the decentralization of higher education and territorial development, the event brought together Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, Minister of National Education and Vocational Training Vijonet Deméro, rectors, former ministers, academics, students and several figures from academic and political circles.
