On the eve of the highly anticipated FIFA World Cup 2026 match between Haiti and Brazil, the Consulate General of Haiti in New York hosted a reception entitled “Between Heritage and Passion” at the W Hotel in Philadelphia on Thursday, June 18.
The event brought together government officials, including Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, as well as the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Justice, Planning, Haitians Living Abroad, and Women’s Affairs.
