The Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Communications, Joseph Almathe Pierre-Louis, officially launched, on Friday, May 15, 2026, the rehabilitation works on the road section linking Carrefour SOS to the Carrefour of the Cap-Haïtien International Airport, along National Road Number 3.
The project will be carried out by the company ETC S.A. under the supervision of the Central Execution Unit (UCE) of the MTPTC. According to the authorities, the work is expected to begin next week and last an estimated ten months.
