In this edition of Le Nouvelliste, the floor is given to Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé and to the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, Sandra Paulémon. The two officials address the upcoming elections on the one hand, and international cooperation on the other.
Regarding the elections, the country is still awaiting the decree that must govern the organization of the polls, as well as the electoral calendar and the budget. The three elements are interconnected, and one can hinder the others.
