This is international recognition that reinforces Haiti’s cultural ambitions. The UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions approved a grant of 100,000 US dollars in favor of SineNouvel-Haïti, the organization that submitted the application on behalf of the Republic of Haiti.
