The time change took place at the beginning of March. This is not a first in Haiti. For more than forty years, the time has been periodically adjusted twice a year in the country. Yet, with each adjustment, the population continues to react and debate it.
Between questions, criticism, and various opinions, the issue continues to fuel conversations. Le Nouvelliste went out to meet several citizens to understand what the time change decided by the authorities actually brings to the population.
