The United States ambassadors accredited to the Dominican Republic and Haiti, Leah F. Campos and Henry T. Wooster, met on Monday, March 16 with several Dominican officials to discuss the deployment of an international force intended to support the Haitian National Police (PNH) in its fight against gangs.
The meeting was held at the CODEVI industrial park, in the facilities of the Hotel Chachá, more specifically at the Jaco restaurant, where the American diplomats held discussions with Dominican authorities.
