A group of 132 Haitian nationals was repatriated on Thursday, February 5, 2026, by U.S. authorities to the Cap-Haïtien International Airport. The aircraft carrying the deportees landed around 3:00 p.m. at the Cap-Haïtien airport. Visibly distressed, several of them shared their experiences, recounting the circumstances of their arrest by U.S. immigration services as well as the conditions of their detention in penitentiary facilities in the United States.
