The Directorate for the Coordination of NGO Activities (DCAONG), under the high patronage of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), is organizing the second National NGO Forum on January 15 and 16 at the Hôtel Montana.
The first forum, held in 2013, sought to better coordinate NGO action. At that time, around 550 organizations had been officially recognized. Thirteen years later, that number has changed considerably.
