And even from afar, I wait for news from it — good news. A frustrated expectation. Reports pile up, and they all point in the same direction: disappointment.
Yet this week, against all odds, defying every prediction and all logic, a piece of news has fallen: Haiti will be in the final draw of the 2026 World Cup.
