Terminal Varreux Claims to Have Received Construction Authorization from APN

The company Terminal Varreux SA has responded to an article published in Le Nouvelliste last weekend entitled “The port of Tevasa (Varreux) did not have a construction permit, according to the APN.” In a statement published on November 17, the company issued “the most categorical denial of the claims reported, among others, on November 14, 2025, by Le Nouvelliste, according to which an unidentified source claims that the APN never issued a construction permit for the extensions carried out at the port of Varreux.”
