Sténio Saint-Fleur, Roudley Étienne, and Sony Pierre, who were apprehended in the Dominican Republic, were officially handed over to the Haitian National Police (PNH) on Saturday, June 7, 2025, by Dominican authorities through the chief of the Land Border Police (POLIFRONT), Principal Commissioner Anténor Léonard.
The transfer took place at the Dajabón border post, in accordance with bilateral cooperation agreements regarding security and the fight against cross-border crime.
