To win a war, one must control the narrative of the battles. Throughout history, people have strived to write their own story, using their own words. Sometimes, with violence, they impose their version of events.

After a dramatic start marked by extensive communication on various topics, the two branches of the Haitian executive— the Presidential Transition Council and the Prime Minister's office— are struggling to manage the narrative as the initial obstacles resist their plans.
