Dr. Jean Patrick Alfred, Director of the Planning Unit at the Ministry of Public Health and Population (UEP/MSPP), has been awarded the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) Prize for Health Services Management and Leadership.
After a lengthy selection process involving candidates from Costa Rica and Ecuador, Haiti's Dr Jean Patrick Alfred stood out and earned the trust of the jury for this prestigious award.
