Intense Criticism of the PNH, Lionel Lazarre Calls for Police Caution

Since the beginning of the protests against the current government, the Haitian National Police (PNH) has been facing harsh criticism. "At Synapoha, we are concerned about the criticisms against the PNH. We understand the concerns and frustrations expressed by the population regarding the current situation. However, the PNH must perform its function within the bounds of the law," stated Lionel Lazarre, General Coordinator of the National Syndicate of Haitian Police (Synapoha), on Magik 9 radio on Thursday, February 8.
