This two-lane section is intended to connect the Cap-Haïtien boulevard to the intersection of the Cap-Haïtien International Airport. The primary goal is to alleviate traffic congestion on the main arteries of Cap-Haïtien city. Reshaping with material addition and laying the foundation layer has already been completed. Drainage channels are already in place. The remaining tasks include the demolition of the sub-police station in the area and the road surface pavement.
