"At the court, we only have one investigating judge and one dean. Can an investigating judge both instruct a case and make a ruling? Legally, it's impossible," stated Pierre Wilner Dormevil.
"At present, this investigating judge is handling 243 cases, and I have 30 more cases for which I have issued an information request and will be forwarded to the clerk, bringing the total number of cases for this investigating judge to 270," he reported.
