The reward offered by the United States for information leading to the capture of Vitelhomme Innocent has increased from one million to two million dollars.
The announcement was made by the Department of State and relayed by the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince. "The Department of State announces an increase to $2 million in the reward offered for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Haitian national Vitel'homme Innocent for conspiracy or attempted participation in transnational organized crime," reads
