AGERCA Survey Indicates 75% of Haitians Trust PNH-FAd'H Collaboration for Security Revival

75% of Haitians believe that to restore security in the country and dismantle armed gangs, the Haitian National Police (HNP) would need the support of the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd'H). This is revealed by the results of the 2nd survey on insecurity in the country conducted by the Alliance for Risk Management and Business Continuity (AGERCA), commissioned to the firm Diagnostic and Development Group S.A (DDG).

While the international aid requested by the Haitian government to stabilize the country since October 2022 remains pending and stirs debates, AGERCA has turned to the private firm DDG to gauge the opinion of the Haitian population on this matter. The survey conducted by DDG is the second of its kind for the year 2023; the first was conducted earlier in the year. According to the study report presented by AGERCA, this survey aims to "measure" the perception of the Haitian population regarding the evolution of the security situation
