This is the beginning of some good news. Haiti's sole public electricity company, Electricité d'Haïti (EDH), is getting back to work.
For over two weeks, lucky neighborhoods, but for a month, a year, or since the beginning of time, some regions of the country had no access to any watts. EDH was producing zero megawatts. A total blackout.
