Frantz Drice: From a Substitute Judge to the Pinnacle of His Career as a Judge at the Haitian Court of Cassation

"My dream of sitting on the Court of Cassation has come true after 23 years," says Judge Frantz Drice with a smile on his face. He proudly holds his position today, stating, "We don't get any gifts." Frantz Drice started his career as a substitute justice of the peace in Delmas in 1995, before being transferred to the Carrefour justice of the peace.
