Owned by Le Musée du Pantheon National d’Haiti (MUPANAH) and under the tutelage of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the restaurant which is operated and managed by sisters Bianka and Gaïa Stecher, enables you to grab a delicious lunch before or after you visit MUPANAH.

This week, more precisely, on Monday, July 18th, I had the pleasure of tasting the restaurant’s special which was Croquettes de Poisson Mayonnaise Acidulée (which translates fish croquettes with acidulated mayonnaise) and it was amazing. As I spoke to Bianka, I became more impressed with her and Gaïa. The special was not her creation. It was that of her Sous-Chef Sophia Castille.
