Haiti represented at the Destination Caraïbes and Guyana Fair as guest of honor

Haiti was received as a tourist destination guest of honor at the fifth edition of the Destination Caraïbes and Guyana Fair. This event was held in Martinique on June 3 and 4, 2016. The Ministry of Tourism (MDT) was onsite and represented by Stephanie Alexandre of the promotion department. Diverse promotional items presenting destination Haiti were exposed. A musical group played compas music and participants were invited to visit Haiti this summer.

The Destination Caraïbes and Guyana Fair short has three fundamental objectives namely to discover or rediscover various destinations in the Caribbean and Guyana; allow tourist offices present to promote their territory and their tourism offer and help visitors to better organize their vacation according to their needs and budget.
