May is Haitian heritage month

May is Haitian Heritage Month in the United States and as such the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce cordially invites one and all to take part in various events to discover more about Haiti’s rich and diverse culture. Taste, hear, and, see some of the different artistic creativity of Haitians and Haitian Americans any or all of these family friendly activities.

llOn Saturday, May 14th, come savor the flavor, aroma and sights of Haitian cuisine at the 4th annual Taste of Haiti Festival which will take place at MOCAPlaza in Miami beginning at 2:00 p.m. The festival is presented by the Haitian Culinary Alliance, in collaboration with the City of North Miami and Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jean Monestime.
