Petit Mil (Millet) with Drunken Vegetables

This vegetarian dish is both a gourmet meal and inexpensive. It is perfect for this season of Lent if we want to practice abstinence. You can use all types of vegetables. As far as the alcoholic component of this dish beer, it can be substituted with wine, rum, and why not liqueur. Come on, be crazy and have fun.

INGREDIENTS Millet 1/3 cup millet cleaned 1/4 cup beer 1/3 cup onion 2 cups of water Sprig of thyme 1 garlic clove finely chopped 1ounce thick cream 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Salt to taste Moor's head cheese Preparation In a saucepan over low heat put 3 tablespoons of butter and sauté onions.
