Merten, who arrived in Port-au-Prince on September 19th, will begin consultations with a set of political leaders, the business sector, civil society, and the international community, including President Michel Martelly, members of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP in French), UN representatives, leaders of human rights organizations, and of course the Prime Minister. He will also visit industrial parks Caracol and CODEVI.
