A breath of fresh air at Théâtre National

Yves Penel, director of Théâtre national, said that the new building will host a series of cultural activities during Carifesta, including theater, dance and singing. On August 20th, a final coat of paint was applied to the building. Penel said he is proud to have restored this place that housed victims, tents camps after the earthquake of January 12th.
