Roberto Martino: "We need to better appreciate the value of this legacy!"

Roberto Martino, lead vocal of T-Vice, a group which this year celebrates its 23 years of existence, is among those who believe in compas. He believes that 60 years later, we still need to learn to appreciate the value of the legacy left by Nemours.

"I think a lot of efforts have been made. Several bands have managed to use new technology to make very positive additions to the genre. These additions, which are not necessarily found in the texts and melodies but rather in the quality of the final product, especially in terms of mixing and sounds used. We are all aware that compas should be much further than it is right now.
