The project, part of the development plan of the communal section of Sanyago (St. Raphael) will meet the basic needs of the residents in agriculture, through the development of hydro-agricultural infrastructure, sustainable water management, and modernization of agricultural production through access to credit, among otherfs. The project also takes into account the aspect of nutrition and health of the inhabitants, explained Gabriel Frédéric, coordinator of the AAA programs.
