Yon lòt polis is the title of a 50-minute documentary directed by Richard Senecal, which reviews progress of the National Police of Haiti (PNH in French) which, 20 years after its creation, is seeking to become more professional. This feature film, presented on July 8th at the embassy of the United States, primarily looks at PNH’s efforts in the fight against drug trafficking during the past three years.
