Frantz Duval, 30 years at Le Nouvelliste

His first publication, February 5, 1985, is a letter in the columns of the Nouvelliste in response to Dr. Carlo Désinor, a key writer at the newspaper, later editor of Le Nouvelliste. Frantz Duval is a high school student, he queries Désinor and Haitian society on the shortcomings of the educational system at the time. From this first letter, a friendship remained and he spent lots of time at the newspaper. Nine years later in 1994,, Le Nouvelliste asked him to join its staff as a journalist. Proposal accepted.
