llAs issues related to immigration of Haitians in the United States have always been of particular interest to both countries, the press release of October 17th has surprised many by its content. With this, Ambassador Pamela White and two other officers of the embassy, Hichem Kefi, USCIS Director, and Kathy Middleton, Director of the Center for Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (CDC), explained the HFRP program that will be implemented in early 2015.
According to Ambassador White, the HFRP program has three main objectives:
