The 24th evening assumed a unique topic with the presence of these two guests who spoke about the Taiwanese economy and the Haitian economy. For approximately 60 years, Taiwan was at the same level of development as Haiti. How then, in less than 50 years, was the Asian country able to make an extraordinary leap towards development to become the 14th world economy?
The evening began with a presentation by economist Kesner Pharel who was introduced by Rock Andre, Genreral Director of CEDEL HAITI, who played the role of moderator for the evening.
