The UCLBP gave the floor to the slums

On Monday October 6th, World Habitat Day was celebrated in Haiti around the theme: "Voices in shanty towns." At Place Boyer in Pétion-Ville, the Unit for the Construction of Housing and Public Buildings (UCLBP in French) gathered experts in construction, relevant authorities, and citizens in order to learn more.

It was 7 hours worth of meetings, discussions and exchanges. A wealth of information on the current state of housing in Haiti was exchanged during the day.
