The Delmas viaduct: March 31, 2015

As part of the Action Plan for National Recovery and the Development of Haiti, launched by the Martelly/Lamothe administration, Estrella, the Dominican company has conducted several large-scale infrastructure projects for the Haitian government. The projects include the construction of two bridge overpasses (viaducts), including the one in Delmas which is expected to be inaugurated on March 31, 2015.

The construction of the two bridge overpasses, one on Delmas Road (intersection of the airport) and the other in the town of Carrefour, is part of a major road infrastructure program for the Martelly Lamothe administration. While the construction of the viaduct in Carrefour has not yet begun, the work in Delmas is progressing.
