In the presence of Pedro Antonio Canino Gonzalez, Venezuelan Ambassador to Haiti, the Prime Minister was presented with "Bowenfield City Complex" Project. Prime Minister Lamothe asked the Venezuelan project leaders to collaborate with UCLPB concerning the technical details so that the project can start as soon as possible.
The "Bowenfield City Complex" is a project previously offered to Haiti by late President Hugo Chavez. It involves the construction of several thousand social housing units in Bowenfield, an abandoned aviation runway.
