Artichokes Just like most veggies, artichokes are high in soluble fiber and are a great source of prebiotics. What’s great about artichokes is that you can have it in many different ways such as a topping for your salad, include it your pasta dish, or have it alone with a lemon, garlic and olive oil vinaigrette. Raspberries Have it for breakfast, as a snack or in your smoothies. Raspberries will keep you full and satisfied all the while warding off dehydration.
