Artichokes
Just like most veggies, artichokes are high in soluble fiber and are a great source of prebiotics. What’s great about artichokes is that you can have it in many different ways such as a topping for your salad, include it your pasta dish, or have it alone with a lemon, garlic and olive oil vinaigrette.
Raspberries
Have it for breakfast, as a snack or in your smoothies. Raspberries will keep you full and satisfied all the while warding off dehydration. This source of fiber is probably one of my favorite snacks to munch on.
