The Oasis Hotel was filled with personalities from civil society, representatives of international organizations, and politicians. The Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE in French) and the United Nations Program for Development (UNPD) presented the report entitled Haiti, a new look. As in similar previous reports and other documents, progress in some areas is noted without forgetting to mention that much work remains to be done to achieve the objectives.
