MCI-Guichet Unique: the last phase is launched

On Tuesday May 6th, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI in French) launched the last phase of the modernization registration process for public limited companies. This phase involves the registration of lawyers and notaries. According to Wilson Laleau, Minister of Commerce and Industry, it will allow investors wishing to create anonymous companies to monitor their files until their legal documents are published in the official journal, Le Moniteur.
