Haiti celebrates its diaspora

François Guillaume II, Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE in French) is committed to revitalizing the ministry he leads to make it more efficient. Like MHAVE, other organizations of the Haitian diaspora are organizing a series of activities to mark the week of the diaspora, which runs from April 21st to the 26th.
