ENAPP, a school at the heart of public administrative reform in Haiti

Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe and Harold Mompoint Jeune, General Coordinator of the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP in French), in partnership with Quebec’s National School of Public Administration, formally presented the institution as part of the public administration reform (2012-2017), initiated by the Martelly / Lamothe administration. It will provide a high level of training, meeting the required standards in management and public governance training.

Created pursuant to Article 38 of the Decree of May 17, 2005, amending the general status of Public Service, the National School of Public Administration and Public Policies is part of the objectives to strengthen the capacity of the Haitian Public Service.
