The invitations was made to aspiring French and/or Creole writers living in Haiti or abroad Between April 1 and June 1, 2014, applicants can register on to the third floor at the Lucienne Deschamps Foundation office located on 49 Rue Chavannes in Pétion-Ville for free. The competition is open to all literary genres: novels, poetry, essays, fiction, short stories, drama, and literary criticism.
